Beware of washing Eggs after purchase. Do you know what could happen?


 Many people are washing their eggs and then placing it in the refrigerator, either in homes  or shops (restaurants, bakeries ...). And specialists advised us not to do so because  the egg crust contains several pores (small openings microscopic) be closed in order to  avoid the entry ofgerms and contamination of the egg from the inside , especially when they  are under the hen (Praise to God). Once we washed them with water and open up these  pores they will be threated from contamination and corruption , especially if we kept them  so long in the freezer and repeat thelast open throughout the day. Often this matter is to be  the leading cause of food poisoning collective (weddings , restaurants,  schools' restaurants, pastry shops ... etc.), Inwhich the egg is common article and most  widely used. So it is advisable not to wash eggs only at the time of use,and if you washed  them you need to use them immediately.
